Shipping policy

* We do not ship outside the U.S. 

Shipping Time Frame: Orders will be shipped normally between 2-4 business days. Custom Products are made to order.  Orders will be shipped between 7-10 business days or sooner if possible 

If an order is shipped from KJ's Western Boutique & Home to an incorrect address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping. We will not assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. KJ's Western Boutique & Home will not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. 

KJ's Western Boutique & Home is not responsible for: 

  • Delays with USPS or other mail carrier shipping 
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim, please contact carrier. 

 Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, KJ's Western Boutique & Home is not responsible. This issue must be resolved with the carrier of the package or local law enforcement.
